Included in your rental is full service provided by our professional staff. 

• Private Chef- our executive Chef Christian Portillo has worked in fine dining restaurants all over the world and has composed a restaurant quality menu of regional cuisine.  He's also an accomplished sushi chef, European cuisine chef, and a fantastic  baker.  Feel free to make special requests.  Our culinary team will prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks daily.
• Bartender- our bartender is available to you daily for poolside drinks, dinner cocktails, and anything else you may wish.
  
• Concierge- our Guest Experience Manager, Kathryn, will work with you months before your arrival to plan your perfect vacation. She will take care of your airport pickup and ground transportation, spa treatment reservations, tours, activities, yacht rentals, yoga classes, tequila tastings, scuba diving, etc.  
• Chauffer- once you arrive at the villa, our chauffer can take you to local attractions or shopping in our Suburban and Jeep. Limit 11 passengers. If you need more seats we can arrange a taxi or van service. 
  
• Housekeeping- our team of maids will ensure the house is spotless and your beds are promptly made each day.  They will provide daily towels service.
  
• Laundry- Our team will wash, dry, and fold your clothes upon request.
  
• Beach and Grounds- Our team will remove seaweed and rake the beach daily. In addition, they maintain the grounds and landscaping, clean deck and loungers, etc.
• Prestocking-  Prior to your arrival, our team will do all the shopping and prestock the villa with groceries for menu, snacks, drinks, alcohol, etc.  You can also request us to buy any other grocery item such as diapers, candy, special diet items, etc.  While the service is included, the groceries and alcohol are billed to you at cost plus a 30% prestocking free.  On average our guests spend between $45-$65 per day per person for food and alcohol.

We are pleased to offer the following spa services at the Villa from professionally trained and certified massage therapists. You can choose to have the treatments in your suite, on the pool deck, or on the sunset rooftop hammock area. The therapists will come at your requested date and time. Couples massages are available in the same space. Please request from our concierge or the house manager to arrange. Therapist fees will be added to your final invoice. The following prices are in Mexican pesos. USD will be calculated at the current exchange rate.
