We had a wonderful time with the entire crew. Kathryn, the cooking team, bartender, maids, - everyone was helpful and went out of their way to make this a great experience.
Perfect luxury
Villa TuluMar is the perfect luxury getaway. From the design to the decor every detail was perfectly thought through. The staff is wonderful; friendly and attentive to all my needs. The food was so delicious and I especially enjoyed the fresh juices every day. This villa offers you the ability to do as much or as little as you want. I'm already planning my next trip back, if for nothing else than the chocolate cake!

Cancelation easy
Cancellation and refund was so easy. We unfortunately had to cancel our vacation to Villa Tulumar. The reservation staff was incredibly helpful throughout the booking process, and the villa itself looked absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, we (happily) got pregnant, preventing us from making the trip. The refund process was swift and hassle-free, which speaks to their professionalism and trustworthiness. We hope to visit Villa Tulumar in the future.
Right out of "lifestyles of rich and famous"
Villa Tulumar would give Robin Leach pause, as it is right out of "lifestyles of the rich and famous." We have visited twice, and each time I wonder: "how did they think of everything?" Each private suite is tastefully appointed with comfortable beds and pillows, and a fantastic rainshower showerhead in the bathroom. You have your own private beach, and when that doesn't work for you, head to your pool or rooftop hot tub! Between the bartender, chefs, driver, maids, you really want for nothing at your stay. I'll be back, Villa TuluMar, so save a hammock for me!
Hands down best vacation ever!
This was our first time venturing outside of an all inclusive and I must say we will never look back! This was hands down the best vacation we've ever had. From the initial planning the communication and responsiveness was excellent, from helping us plan meals to organizing excursions or answering general questions about the house, no question was left unanswered. Once we arrived everything was taken care of by the amazing staff. Upon arrival we were met with drinks and snacks. We reviewed the menu for the week and meal times, ensuring everything was as expected. The house is absolutely stunning, the rooms are spacious, the outdoor space is beautiful and private. Every single meal was phenomenal, we went out for dinner one night and regretted it, nothing compared to what we had at the house. Elmer was the absolute best bartender, surprising us with fun drinks, shots and even playing games with us at night. Transportation was arranged/included (within a reasonable distance) for us whenever we wanted to venture out. The staff truly felt like family and we were sad to leave. If you are used to going to resorts and are questioning this type of experience, don't! It was the most relaxing/enjoyable trip we've had. We cannot wait to go back!

Villa Tulumar far exceeded our expectations. Kathryn (concierge) was amazing and super responsive leading up to the trip. Helped us with all reservations and travel arrangements, the whole trip ran so smoothly! The villa was absolutely stunning, designed to perfection. The house staff was beyond amazing! Elmer, the bartender, was great, we had a blast with him. Drinks were so good and he helped keep the vibes high the whole trip. Christian, the chef, was so sweet and every meal was delicious! The girls made some last minute food requests that he always accommodated! The housekeepers kept everything spotless even with 16 girls. 100/10 would recommend and would come back again!!
Blew us away!
Villa TuluMar blew us away! The house is gorgeous and right on the water-- we loved the pool and hot tub. The staff were incredible, always there when we needed them but never intrusive. And they were fantastic with our young kids, including accommodating their diets, which made our stay so much more relaxing. The food and drinks were amazing! Honestly, it was so perfect we barely wanted to leave the villa. If you're looking for a place to totally unwind, this is it!
