The villa is situated on the Beach in Tankah Bay. It is a private gated community just minutes north from the famed Tulum Mayan ruins, Tulum centro, and Tulum hotel zone. The community counts on 24/7 security guards patrolling the neighborhood. There are several high end boutique hotels and restaurants walking distance as well as our own "Cenote" where you can snorkel or scuba.

The bay is protected by the second largest barrier reef in the world that stretches from Cozumel to Honduras. As a result the water is very calm on our shore and the sargazo (Seaweed) is gently reduced compared to open ocean beaches. During your stay, our staff will be raking the beach daily to remove as much as possible.
